Who we are

AXO Platform ("AXO", "we") is operated by AKAI CONSULTING SH.P.K., a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo (business ID / NUI 812430859), with its registered seat at rr. "Pjetër Bogdani" nr. 13, Prishtinë, Kosovo. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

What this policy covers

It covers two things: this website, and the AXO messaging service — the software we build and operate that answers customer-service conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger on behalf of the businesses that hire us.

The messaging service

When you message a business whose account is connected to AXO, we process, on that business's behalf:

• the messages you send to and receive from that business;
• the identifiers the platform provides — your name or username, your phone number on WhatsApp, or a platform-scoped user ID on Instagram and Messenger;
• message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

We use this data for one purpose: operating the conversation. That means generating replies — including with AI models operated by Anthropic — routing the conversation to the business's human staff when needed, and keeping a conversation log so the business can review its own customer service. You are always talking to the business you contacted; AXO is the technology provider acting as a data processor for that business, which remains the controller of your data.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your conversations to send you marketing.
• We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
• We do not share your data with anyone beyond: the business you messaged, Meta Platforms (which carries the messages), Anthropic (which processes message text to generate replies), and the infrastructure providers that host the service.

Retention and deletion

Conversation logs are kept for as long as they are needed to operate the service for the business you messaged, and are deleted when no longer needed or when the business's contract with us ends. You can request deletion of your conversation data at any time — see the data deletion instructions. Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed to you.

Your rights

Under Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

This website

The website itself has no accounts, no forms, and sets no tracking cookies. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
